Salted Caramel Snickers Bowl

Who needs processed food when you can have this whole food goodness?!

Super quick and easy. Just blend the whip and caramel sauce in the blender and enjoy. Serves two.

RSF, DF, GF, V

Caramel Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup medjool dates

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Blend up for about one minute.

Whip:

  • 3 frozen ripe bananas

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  • More hemp seeds (optional)

Serve with - cacao nibs, peanut butter, banana or organic dark chocolate.
