Belly Breathing

Breathing consciously is the fastest way to calm our sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight), as we activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), we let our body know that are are safe, so we can be more calm and present.

By being mindful and bringing our attention to our breath, we can change our physiology, mood and thoughts in a few moments.
