Hello beautiful human, 

It's fair to say we live in a pretty face pace world. We're always go, go, go and often don't take time to slow down and tune in to ourselves. 

We all want to see progress and be moving forward, but unless we take time to enjoy what we have achieved, develop self-awareness and prioritise our passions and well-being - we can feel unfulfilled and exhausted. 

I support ambitious people to take control of their work-life balance so that they can live a calm, confident and fulfilled in life. 

I'm here to support you to slow down by learning tools to help you clam your mind and body, get your mindset on track and increase positive self-talk.

After losing my brother 10 years ago, I have been building my own toolbox of skills that I use every day to find balance, energise, gain confidence and slow down… and I want that for you!

On the agenda

  • We will discuss what mindfulness is, how you can be more mindful throughout your day, and experience a mindful eating exercise.

  • Powerful journaling exercises and a run through of your new ‘Art of a positive mind’ journal. We will expolre how you can re-wire and create positive pathways in the brain.

  • Learn how to activate your parasympathetic nervous system aka your calming system.

    You will get four powerful breathing techniques that you can use throughout your day or when you need to unwind for sleep to calm and bring yourself to the ‘here and now’.

  • Find balance and reflect on your holistic well-being. Set one small, sustainable goal to create action and work towards.
